Welcome to Darbi Pet Taxi. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Darbi Pet Taxi

Darbi Pet Taxi provides pet transportation services across the United Arab Emirates, including transportation to veterinary clinics, grooming salons, airports, MOCCAE appointments, and other approved destinations.

2. Booking Services

A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Darbi Pet Taxi.

3. Pet Health & Safety Requirements

For the safety of all pets and handlers:

Pets must be free from contagious diseases.
Customers must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special requirements before transport.
Aggressive or dangerous pets must be declared at the time of booking.
Darbi Pet Taxi reserves the right to refuse transport if a pet poses a risk to safety.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
Ensure pets are properly prepared for transport.
Provide any required documentation when applicable.
Inform Darbi Pet Taxi of any special care instructions.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or cancellation of service.

5. Transportation Conditions

Darbi Pet Taxi will take reasonable care to ensure pets are transported safely and comfortably.

However:

Travel times may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Pickup and delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Certain services may require the use of approved pet carriers.

6. Veterinary Emergencies

If a pet experiences a medical emergency during transportation:

Darbi Pet Taxi may seek immediate veterinary assistance.
The pet owner authorizes emergency treatment when necessary to protect the pet's welfare.
Any veterinary costs incurred remain the responsibility of the pet owner.

7. Airport & Government Appointments

For airport transfers, MOCCAE appointments, and other official services:

Customers are responsible for ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
Darbi Pet Taxi is not responsible for delays, rejections, denied boarding, or government decisions resulting from incomplete documentation.

8. Cancellations

Customer Cancellation

More than 24 hours before the scheduled booking: no cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking: cancellation fees may apply.
No-show bookings may be charged the full service amount.

Darbi Pet Taxi Cancellation

Darbi Pet Taxi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

Safety concerns
Extreme weather
Vehicle issues
Unforeseen operational circumstances

9. Payments

Payment may be requested:

Before transportation
At pickup
Upon completion of service

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.

10. Limitation of Liability

While Darbi Pet Taxi takes every reasonable precaution to ensure safe transportation:

Darbi Pet Taxi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Liability shall be limited to the value of the transportation service booked.
Darbi Pet Taxi shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Photos & Marketing

With customer permission, Darbi Pet Taxi may use photographs of pets, vehicles, or completed services for marketing, website, and social media purposes.

Personal information will never be shared without consent.
